ST ITverse provides communication and engagement solutions including but not limited to:

- Voicebot & Voice Communication
- Email Messaging
- Truecaller Business Solutions
- Chatbot Development
- System Integrations & APIs
- Campaign Management & Automation
- DLT Registration & Compliance Support
- Lead Generation Solutions
Service availability may vary based on regulatory guidelines, telecom operator policies, and applicable laws.
User Eligibility & Responsibilities
By using ST ITverse services, you confirm that:
- You are legally authorized to represent your business.
- All information provided during onboarding is accurate and up to date.
- You will use the services only for lawful, ethical, and permitted communication.
- You will not send spam, fraudulent, misleading, or prohibited content.
You are solely responsible for message content, recipient consent, and compliance with applicable laws.
Regulatory Compliance (DLT & TRAI)
All SMS services are subject to TRAI regulations and DLT requirements. Customers must:
- Complete DLT registration before sending messages
- Use approved sender IDs and templates
- Maintain proper consent records where required
ST ITverse provides DLT assistance but is not responsible for delays or rejections caused by operators or regulatory authorities.
Message Delivery & Performance
ST ITverse ensures best-effort delivery through reliable infrastructure. However:
- Message delivery depends on telecom operators, recipient networks, and device availability
- Delivery times may vary
- 100% delivery is not guaranteed
ST ITverse is not liable for message failures due to network issues, incorrect data, regulatory blocks, or third-party systems.
API Usage & Integrations
- API access is provided for approved use cases only
- Users must not misuse APIs or exceed agreed usage limits
- Any reverse engineering, unauthorized access, or abuse may result in suspension
ST ITverse reserves the right to modify or restrict API access for security or compliance reasons.
Pricing, Billing & Payments
- Pricing is based on usage, volume, and selected services
- All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed
- Unpaid invoices may lead to service suspension
- Prices are subject to change with prior notice
No refunds will be provided for unused credits unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.
Data Privacy & Confidentiality
ST ITverse respects data privacy and handles customer data securely. By using our services, you consent to:
- Processing of data required for message delivery
- Storage of logs and delivery reports for compliance and reporting
We do not sell or misuse customer data. Confidential information shared by customers will be protected, except where disclosure is required by law.
Prohibited Use
Users must not use ST ITverse services for:
- Spam, phishing, or fraudulent communication
- Illegal, abusive, or misleading content
- Violation of telecom, data protection, or consumer laws
- Sending messages without recipient consent where required
Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination without notice.
Service Suspension & Termination
ST ITverse may suspend or terminate services if:
- Terms are violated
- Regulatory or legal action is required
- Non-payment of dues occurs
Upon termination, remaining credits will not be refundable.
Limitation of Liability
ST ITverse shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Business loss, revenue loss, or reputational damage
Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service during the last billing cycle.
Intellectual Property
All platform software, APIs, dashboards, content, and branding are the intellectual property of ST ITverse. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable right to use the services.
Third-Party Services
Some services rely on telecom operators, WhatsApp, Truecaller, or other third-party platforms. ST ITverse is not responsible for policy changes, downtime, or restrictions imposed by these providers.
Modifications to Terms
ST ITverse reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
